Looking for a unique place to host your next event in San Antonio? Our tea and book shop offers a cozy, welcoming space perfect for private gatherings, tea parties, birthdays, and special occasions. Whether you're planning an intimate celebration or a small group event, we provide a relaxing atmosphere paired with handcrafted teas and light bites your guests will love.​

Tea Party PACKAGES

Private Events 

Reserve the entire Honey Flutters tea room for your private celebration! Each booking includes two hours of exclusive use for up to 25 guests, with up to 30 minutes of early access for set up. Packages require a $1500.00 minimum spend, a 20% gratuity, and a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Menu selections must be submitted 24 hours in advance. 

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for a celebratory cake.

PARTY PACKAGE MENU SELECTIONS:

FORMAL TEA $48

Served as one traditional three-tier stand featuring:

  • One pot of tea

  • Two cucumber & cream cheese sandwiches

  • Two whipped cream & strawberry sandwiches

  • Two chicken salad sandwiches

  • Two warm scones

  • Assortment of daily treats

 

CREAM TEA $23

  • One pot of tea

  • Two warm scones with strawberry preserves or lemon curd spread​ 

 

Petite Dessert Tier $30

  • One dozen petite desserts

 

BABY BEE TEA $14

Features the following for every child:

  • One child‑size cup of Davidson's Organics Children's tea or one Honest Kids juice box

  • PB&J or a turkey and cheese sandwich

  • One daily treat
