Event & Party Reservations in San Antonio

Looking for a unique place to host your next event in San Antonio? Our tea and book shop offers a cozy, welcoming space perfect for private gatherings, tea parties, birthdays, and special occasions. Whether you're planning an intimate celebration or a small group event, we provide a relaxing atmosphere paired with handcrafted teas and light bites your guests will love.​

Tea Party PACKAGES

Private Events 

Reserve the entire Honey Flutters tea room for your private celebration! Each booking includes two hours of exclusive use for up to 25 guests, with up to 30 minutes of early access for set up. Packages require a $1500.00 minimum spend, a 20% gratuity, and a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Menu selections must be submitted 24 hours in advance.  Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for a celebratory cake.

A Note About Group Gratuity
Joining us as part of a larger group? Please note that a 20% gratuity will be added to each guest’s purchase, even when guests are ordering or paying separately.

Larger groups require additional service and coordination from our team, so this gratuity applies to the individual purchases of guests attending together.

PARTY PACKAGE MENU SELECTIONS:

FORMAL TEA $48

The best way to sample Honey Flutters finest. A traditional 3-tier delicacy which features:

  • One Cream Tea (one pot of tea. two warm scones with strawberry preserves or lemon curd spread)

  • One Aragorn (cucumber & cream cheese sandwich)

  • One Ophelia (whipped cream & strawberry sandwich)

  • ½ Marilla and ½ Amelia (chicken salad sandwiches)

  • Assortment of Daily Treats

 

CREAM TEA $23

  • One pot of tea

  • Two warm scones with strawberry preserves or lemon curd spread​ 

 

Petite Dessert Tier $30

  • Served on two-tier stand featuring an assortment of petite dessert

 

BABY BEE TEA $12

Features the following for every child:

  • One PB&J or turkey & cheese sandwich. 

  • One cup of fruit. 

  • One daily dessert. 

  • Served with a choice of one cup of Davidson's Organics Childrens tea or one Honest kids juice box.
